Is your activity missing from the list?
If you have booked an event or recurring activity/class at our venue, log into your account and click "My activities". From there you can create a listing (as below) for your activity and submit it to the admin team for approval. Once accepted, your activity will appear below.

Friday Cafe
Last updated at 13:23 on 13 September 2026The Epsom Wells Community Association (EWCA) coffee morning is our flagship outreach session. One of the main visions for the EWCA committee was to be able to bring sessions that all in the community can access. The coffee morning is the first of these and is open to everyone including the Epsom, Ewell, Ashtead and Epsom Downs areas. There is a group table for those who want to chat, or separate tables for those who just want to come and have a cuppa away from their four walls.Bring a book or borrow one from our community library. Games Club

Chilled boardgames of all shapes and sizes await.From the tactics of Ticket to Ride to the frenzied horror of Zombicide and everything in between, we should have something for every taste and every level of experience. Bring your own games for us to try or join in with the excellent games people bring each week. It doesn’t matter if you know the rules, just come along, meet some great people and have fun.Over 18’s only, no entry fee, but donations to EWCA gratefully received. Family Takeover Time
Last updated at 13:23 on 13 September 2026Our Family Takeover Time sessions are free to attend. We open up the Centre to local families, and provide activities like pool, table tennis, games and more.
Bring along some activities or just pop in.
